3
Information we require about your organization

Once connected, you must create an Organization. The information requested concerns your business, not your personal profile:

  • Organization identity and contact details: name, address (1 and 2), city, organization phone, organization email.
  • Organization type: legal form and, if applicable, supporting documents (PDF/JPG/PNG, max 2 MB per file).
  • Products and services: activity sector and a short description (max 255 characters).

Keep your Papi account safe

To keep your Papi account secure:

  • Keep private information private: Never share your password or API keys. Store them only on secure servers.
  • Use a strong, unique password: Avoid re‑using the same password on other sites.
  • Enable additional security (such as 2FA) on your email and any accounts that can access your Papi dashboard.
  • Regularly review access: Remove users who no longer need access to your Papi dashboard.
  • Watch for phishing: Always check that you are on an official Papi domain before entering your credentials.

Notes

  • You will receive a confirmation email to finalize your registration. You won't be able to log in until your email is confirmed.
  • If you don't receive the verification email, check your spam/junk folder.
  • You can resend the confirmation email, but only 5 minutes after the last send.
  • Keep your credentials secure to avoid unauthorized access.
